Terms of Services

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services.

These PAYEER Terms of Use is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and PAYEER operators. By accessing, downloading, using or clicking on “I agree” to accept any PAYEER Services provided by PAYEER, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION.

I. Definitions

  • PAYEER refers to an ecosystem comprising PAYEER websites.
  • PAYEER Accounts refer to the foundational virtual accounts.
  • PAYEER Operators refer to all parties that run PAYEER.
  • PAYEER Services refer to various services provided.
  • Digital Currencies refer to encrypted or digital tokens.
  • Fiat Trading refers to spot transactions in fiat.

II. General Provisions

1. About These Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement. PAYEER reserves the right to change or modify these Terms.

2. Prohibition of Use
BY ACCESSING AND USING PAYEER SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN ANY TRADE EMBARGOES OR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS LIST.

3. PAYEER Account Registration
All Users must apply for a PAYEER Account before using PAYEER Services. PAYEER may refuse, in its discretion, to open a PAYEER Account for you.

III. PAYEER Services

Upon completion of the registration and identity verification for your PAYEER Account, you may use various PAYEER Services, including but not limited to:

  • Crypto-to-crypto Trading: Spot trading on PAYEER in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
  • Futures Trading: To conduct Futures Trading, you must conclude with PAYEER a separate Futures Service Agreement.
  • Options Trading: Requires understanding of high risks and options service agreements.
  • Margin Trading: Margin Service Terms of Use must be agreed upon.
  • Staking & POS: PAYEER offers services to reward users who hold Digital Currencies.

IV. Liabilities

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PAYEER SERVICES, MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PAYEER OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

V. Resolving Disputes

  • Notice of Claim and internal dispute resolution required before arbitration.
  • Arbitration will be individual, governed by relevant rules.
  • Class Action Waiver applies; arbitration is individual only.
